I frequently visit Novo Hamburgo and always choose this hotel for my stays. It's modern, super clean, and offers great value for money. Plus, I love being so close to my favorite restaurants, 'Italian Place' and 'Primavera.’ However, it can be a bit challenging since my Portuguese is limited, although most of the staff can communicate in English. The convenience of being able to walk to the mall is a big plus too.

I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Novo Hamburgo, and it never disappoints. It's modern and impeccably clean, and I'm always impressed with the great price. The hotel is conveniently near two of my favorite restaurants, making dining out a breeze. Although most staff members only speak a little English, it’s enough for smooth communication. One downside is that I wish there were more Portuguese-speaking options available for guests who are not English speakers.

I visit Novo Hamburgo a couple of times each year, and I always choose this hotel. It's modern, exceptionally clean, and offers great value. I love that it's near two of my favorite restaurants, 'Italian Place' and 'Primavera.' The staff is helpful, and while they mostly speak a little English, it really makes my stay easier since I don't know Portuguese at all. Overall, it's a solid choice for business travel, but it could use some improvement in a few areas.
