I frequently visit Novo Hamburgo and always choose this hotel for my stays. It's modern, super clean, and offers great value for money. Plus, I love being so close to my favorite restaurants, 'Italian Place' and 'Primavera.’ However, it can be a bit challenging since my Portuguese is limited, although most of the staff can communicate in English. The convenience of being able to walk to the mall is a big plus too.
